Application Requirements
In today's current Rental Market a majority of the landlords are asking for the following Application Requirements:
Make minimum 3-4x the rent;
no broken leases or evictions;
clean background;
a minimum credit score of 600, 625, or 650 and above generally;
and a minimum 12 month lease term.
Low credit or previous broken lease or eviction? Some landlords might be willing to do a higher deposit (sometimes equal to 2x the rent) if the credit is low or if there is an old broken lease or eviction.
